Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery of your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or have evident manufacturing defects that are not the result of customer handling. The product must also be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Refunds are NOT issued if the customer changes their mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 4 hours after the purchase of the product. 

No refunds are issued for delivery delays unless they result from personal agreements between the Zenety  team and the customer. However, our guarantee covers the case where the product is not received within 60 days of placing the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. 

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

**Late or missing refunds:** 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Shipping:** 
We recommend informing us via email before making a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
